Committed to using locally grown and foraged botanicals, with the combination of natural and recycled elements. Each event highlights the natural offerings of the season, using what the surrounding area and farmers have to offer! Baltimore-based and working nationwide.
I am Summerly Lunz, the creator and head designer of delicate dirt. With an extensive background in the floral and wedding industry, I have blended my desire and talents for creation into the beautiful culmination that is delicate dirt.
Established in the Fall of 2021, I started my pursuits by knocking on doors, trimming trees, and making and selling hand-tied wreaths at holiday markets. Every day since, I have followed my passions and beliefs in supporting the local agriculture and creating beauty from nature.
A moment from my first freelance wedding, August 2016- unknowingly volunteered by my mother. By my side, she assisted me in carrying out the wedding that started it all. She raised a young Summerly in the flower shop, where she worked. There, a foundation was built that neither of us expected.
